In this place they set aside the cases that are easier to do for certain and specific HHA, for example, they blocked my Exchange and when I call they don't answer me and immediately I call on my daughter's phone number that they don't know and immediately they answer, and as if that weren't enough the patient is my neighbor and they tell me that they already took her, which is a lie
