Rude; I called to connect my 98-year-old grandmother with them, and the woman who answered was rude from the moment she picked up the call without knowing me and hung up on me. I called again, and the guy was even worse. You have to be crazy to put a loved one in the hands of people like these who mistreat you over the phone. Imagine caring for an elderly person. That's when you work only for money, not for love. Then we see videos of abused seniors, and we don't know how it happens. It all starts with something as simple as personal contact and empathy for the family of the people they'll be caring for. Terrible professionals. Hello, they're in the USA, not Cuba or Latin America.
