Wonderful Agency where you can find most nursing and HHA services. Very calm and professional environment. I remember them with immense affection. If I needed any service, I would never hesitate to call them.

This agency is unprofessional. They assigned our current home health aid to a new patient and did not inform us or provide a replacement. We found out the same day she didn't want to continue. My grandmother is 96 years old and requires full-time care, so dropping her home health aid services on the same day is unacceptable. It took me multiple phone calls to find a new agency. I hope your family members don't have to go through the same mistreatment. This agency is unprofessional. They assigned the aid to other patients without informing us or providing a replacement. They told us the same day she decided not to come, even though they knew in advance. My grandmother is 96 years old and requires full-time care. It took me a whole day to find another agency because they didn't take the time to find someone new, knowing my grandmother required constant care. I hope your loved one doesn't have to go through the same situation. I'm giving them zero stars because I can't.
