My mother had Mr. George as her nurse. He was amazing. He was polite, a totol gentleman. He was knowledgeable and was able to inform my mother why she felt the way she did and she believed him when she did not believe us when we told her :). He was always prompt, and called before he came so that we were prepared. His smile was always a delight in the morning. We were very pleased with the help and service that Mr. George provided. Thank you so much Mr. George

This company is awful. Very unprofessional! My son had surgery on his leg and was discharged from the hospital on a Saturday. Home Bound was supposed to come change the bandages. They didn’t show up until Tuesday and the nurse that came did not have any supplies! Not a piece of tape, a band aid, nothing. 8 days later they called to see if someone could come out again. I told them no thanks. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Don’t use this company. The sad part is this is the company that Better Health Insurance Co uses. We need to change this system.
Life of an empath by Cristina Litvin
This company is unbelievably terrible. We were supposed to get a nurse twice a day to administer intravenous medication. Three days after the care started the nurse started complaining about how busy he his and coming at odd hours. Giving the medication 7 hrs apart (it's supposed to be every 12 hrs) because he is so busy he can't come at any other time. So I start giving my mom her medication. Six days later her pick line started looking a little ratty so I texted the nurse and asked him if he could come that evening, also because my husband and I were going out on a date night for the first time in 4 weeks. The nurse said he could come to fix the line but could not administer the medication that he is supposed to administering twice a day. I called the office and the woman who answered the phone clearly came from a place of no, being rude to the point that I lost it. When she called back she asked me if "we could have a conversation now"... her tone was thick with sarcasm. Having been in customer service my whole life I was shocked. This company needs to train their employees, if she would have said I'm sorry we got off on the wrong foot, how can we fix this, I would not be writing this review

So unprofessional. A different nurse each time, no customer service such as giving nurses names at the last minute. Days of calling them without one callback from them ever! Awful! They even gave me a nurses name and number. When I called her she had never heard of me! If you have another option-take it.

I had a knee replacement surgery on December 16th. Home Bound was assigned to send somebody to my home to bathe me. One woman came out on December 20th, she was incompetent I had to place the chair in the tub myself. She brought her young daughter with her, very unprofessional. I've been trying to get Home Bound to send a person out again and have not had a bath ever since. This afternoon Home Bound's receptionist laughed loudly at me when I explained I haven't had a bath since December 20th. She told me two hours ago that a nurses aide would call me, I'm still waiting... My insurance Molina Healthcare just telephoned Home Bound and as soon as the agent mentioned my name Alma, Home Bound's very rude receptionist hung up on the agent. When the agent phoned Home Care again several times Home Bound did not answer the phone. Home Bound is supposed to be a professional medical service but they aren't and their license should be revoked.
