I have been a patient of Premium Health Care for years and I love it here still in 2026! I just wanted to let others know what I have experienced so far! Over the course of the last several years and current visits, I have observed the poised qualities exemplified by your coordinator, Mariam as well as Yami, who is also awesome! For example, I had a concern with scheduling and Mariam dealt with my concern with complete composure, speed, kindness and grace! When I saw her again today, Mariam greeted me again with the same professionalism as always! The manager Kevin, who trains them both did such a great job! They are "on stage" at Premium and their performance as they work, reminds me of the value that as a whole Premium Health Care and Dr. Keila Hoover, the founder, have always delivered to me personally. Its not an act or a hollow performance; they exemplify a genuinely concern that is felt in the same way Dr. Hoover showed me! By the way, the entire crew here at the Multi Specialty Tower cardiology location are genuinely attentive and are a pleasure to receive checkups with such as Dr. Maike Couto, Dr. Egon Rodriguez, Dr. Jose C.Martin and their medical assistant, Janelys, are all outstanding! I would definitely recommend Premium Health Care Tower here on Coral Way to anyone looking for a "Premium" experience. Thank you Dr. Hoover for what you've done here and continue to do within all your new locations especially in your new location at Aventura! Like you, this place rocks! Congratulations on duplicating your qualities and excellence through your staff!

The cardiology team on the second floor of the specialist building is a marvelous medical team. The receptionist Mariam delightful, compassionate, and effective. She knows what shes doing, knows her job. Highly recommend attending this multi-specialty medical center. They are very organized.

The endocrinologist Rosmery Quintana is a excelente professional. After I went to many health places in Miami that people just care about receive the money from my insurance, here I find a doctor who cares about my needs. You feel when the doctor is interested in resolve your issues, giving you options for a solucion. I really love my treatment and recommend this amazing doctor!

I will be totally honest and say I was coming in today to ask for all my records, which are not much since I just recently changed to your providers, because I felt like I wasn’t being heard by the care team and felt rushed at my appointment. I drive an hour to your center when I have my appointments and I don’t have to being there are many other medical places I can go to, but I wanted to give it a chance and hopefully find a pcp which would explain and answer my questions with patience. I will say the specialist building, they are awesome. From front staff like Luis and Jean to Karla doc assistant to my cardiologist (can’t remember his name) to my endocrinologist Dr Rosemary and her endo ultrasound tech Daymi thank you all for being so kind and helpful. Yall need to be acknowledged. I’m at ease a little after having a walk in appt with the endocrinologist. I will also like to suggest, even if I’m the only one patient, yall need to have a patient portal. It’s very helpful especially if you like me that’s likes to read and keep track of everything medically would love to meet Dr Hoover one day as well. Again I feel better now knowing I can ask questions and get answers. Hopefully I can have this same experience at the beacon building as well.

Kevin is an excellent manager. Primary Healthcare is the best. The cardiologist, Ego Rodriguez APRN Cardiologist is excellent, professional and kind. Mariam is a beautiful patient coordinator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine kind hearted person. Thank you for caring and helping heal my family.
