I am beyond disappointed with Providence Home Care Agency. My son contacted them on Tuesday March 4th. My son, who is quadriplegic and relies on nurses and home health aides, has been completely let down by this agency. We were promised support, but it's been nothing but bold-face lies. Rocio assured us a home health aide would arrive today March 8th, at 12pm for an interview, and nobody showed up. Katiuska, and Marisol also claimed they had staff available to take his case, yet my son has been without services since Friday February 28th. This isn't just poor service; it's abandonment of a vulnerable person in need. Their dishonesty and unreliability are unacceptable. Avoid this agency at all costs.

Home health can be difficult to select and manage, but the team at Providence provided a fast response to my needs and very reliable care for my mother. When a patient is being discharged and the hospital hands you a list of 100 home health agencies, then says pick one, what do you do? I called Providence based on a friend’s referral and they were fantastic! One month post-discharge and my mother has a clean bill of health. Thank you Providence!

What a blessing Providence HHS was for my family. To find a caregiver in Miami that speaks English, drives, and has a heart of gold... it's unheard of!!! But Providence answered our request! The service from beginning to end made us feel safe and cared for. We were not just a patient in the system. When you bring home a family member from the hospital and you can't do it all yourself - especially when you are juggling your own family -- THIS is the service you need. We were so incredibly blessed to have had the services of Providence and would recommend to anyone seeking home health care services!!!!

Providence cared for my mother-in-law for months. The nurse was gentle, patient and caring. The administration was always available to help and to assure we were able to access benefits. I would HIGHLY recommend and would absolutely use them again!! In Miami it’s hard to find a professional home health with gentle hands and hearts but look no further. They are what you need. Don’t put trust your needs to anyone else!!!

Our family has been dealing with Providence Healthcare Agency for many years now. They have provided outstanding care for my dad who has Alzheimer's and now more recently for my mom that has had health issues. Their nurses and aides are very loving and caring toward them, and as a daughter what more could you ask for? They are very easy to work with and will always go out of their way to help you. I trust them and definitely recommend them to anyone out there looking for an agency, you cannot go wrong with Providence.
