I had an excellent experience with Serenity; the evaluation therapists were thorough and punctual. Eduardo served as my physical therapist for two weeks. During this period, he was consistently punctual, maintained regular communication to assess my well-being, and demonstrated a high level of knowledge, patience, and professionalism. I strongly recommend Eduardo as a physical therapist, as he significantly contributed to my post-surgical recovery.

Ricardo Gonzalez was assigned to my husband for physical therapy. Ricardo is not only professional, and compassionate. He is very motivating! My husband is sedentary and does not like to exercise. Ricardo’s positive attitude, variety of exercises and encouragement were crucial for my husband’s recovery. I am truly grateful for all he has done for my husband and me. We assigned this agency twice and they never followed up on the client's wound care. The first time they never came because they were given a wrong number. The next time they sent out the RN for an assessment and then a nurse came to do wound care without any supplies and then we never heard back from them. It's unacceptable to take a client for wound care and drop them without notifying the client that no one will be helping them. So the wound is steadily getting worse and they could not call the client to inform them they will not be providing ANY care! They get 0 stars 🌟 from me!

This company needs intense customer service training, from the intake personnel to the nursing staff. I had surgery on Dec 1st and was discharged from the hospital Dec 3, my Insurance authorized visits from a Home Health Nurse as of Dec 4th. The weekend went by with no one calling me, Monday morning I got the information as to who would be providing me services and called Serenity, left my name and phone number on their voicemail. Later, one of their representatives called me, told me the nurse said she had been calling me but keep getting a busy signal. I told her if the nurse is getting a busy signal she must be calling the wrong number. Sure enough they had the wrong number which up to today Dec 13th, I have verified my correct number 4 times and still no call from a nurse. I just got off the phone with them again ( initiating another call), still, they have all my other information but the wrong phone number, no one had the common sense or cared enough to call back the discharging hospital to verify the information. If you keep calling a newly discharged patient and cannot get them, either they died, or, the phone number is incorrect. Just figure how this agency is ran, and by whom. With office management like this, they may as well be a Funeral home.
