The front desk staff, nurses, phlebotomist, and the entire office team are friendly, professional, and make sure all your needs are met before you leave. IT IS THE MOST PLEASANT PLACE IN FLORIDA, I CAME OUT MY MOTHER 80 YEARS OLD FROM THIS PLACE, NEVER ATTEND A TELEPHONE, EVERY TIME THE MACHINES ARE POSSIBLE, WHEN A OPERATOR LEAVES YOU LETS WAITING AND THE LONG LONG RATO TAKES YOU THE CALL, NOBODY TAKES YOU, THERE IS A LACK OF APPRECIATION FOR THE PATIENT, ONLY MATTERS THE MONEY, AND IS HORRIBLE, ARE DOGS, PURE INTERESTS TO TAKE PEOPLE THE MONEY OF YOUR INSURANCE, THERE IS NO LOVE OR COMPATION, KEEP MY MOTHER FOR BAD SERVICE, FAULTS OF RESPECT,AND I PUT A STAR BECAUSE IT REQUIRES ME THE SYSTEM BECAUSE IT IS NOT TO PUT ANY 1 STAR. THE PEMBROKE PINES IS THE WORST. HORRIBLE. THE GOVERMENT SHOULD SHUT IT DOWN, PEOPLE SHOULD NOT STEAL SO MUCH FROM MEDICARE.
