I am one of those daughters that does not trust anyone with my parents or in general and I can say that this company has been a God sent. Boris the PT took very well care of my father when he was in need of PT and now my mother is in the hands of Boris and he is simply very empathetic and so wonderful with her. John our Supervisor is also extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and well simply fantastic. I am so grateful for this team at The Roads. Thank you. :)

I would like to give thanks to John Zygmuntowicz, director of physical therapy at the Roads for taking his time and interest in my husband's health. From day one he sent us Ricardo to be my husband's physical therapist which has been God sent and a pleasure to have him as part of my husband wellbeing. Although my husband has not walked in the past 6 years due to his illness, Ricardo has been able to start standing him in a Stander equipment for upper body strength, improving his breathing and posture plus strengthening his core. Ricardo personal care, knowledge and character exceeds far beyond many other therapists that we have encountered. I almost never write reviews, only when I am mesmerized by professionalism and excellency. This cannot just pass by without acknowledgement. My dad has Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, he fell, had several stiches on his head, his health started declining really fast. Therapy was recommend by his Doctor to gain strength, that is where the The Roads Agency sent a real Angel, not kidding, Ricardo. My dad is finally, in a few sessions getting better and better, even remembering Ricardo's name!! Ricardo takes such an amazing care for his patients, they just get to love him!! Ricardo's love for his work and his patients is out if this world, I feel so blessed to have Ricardo come into my home, to give my dad such help, he has been a blessing to my family, specially my dad, Ricardo made him from almost not been able to stand from his chair, to walk by himself around the house!! I am so very grateful!! Thanks Ricardo!! you are an amazing person!! Thank you for all your help on behalf of my dad!! God Bless you!!!

Very pleased with Ricardo Gonzalez Padron the therapist for my husband Frank . Such a nice caring loving and Knowledgeable person. When he first came my husband was not able to even get out of bed Ricardo develop a series of exercises to strengthen legs , upper body and balance, now he is walking again without even a cane.
