The aide assigned ( Emmanuela) left her food unattended in the microwave to fold my fathers clothes and burned her food in the microwave, which left an amber tint on the back of the microwave. After sending videos and pictures of the damage, her manager ( Joseline) could only send Mr. Clean erasers as a remedy. Although, the aide did her best to clean it the damage was still noticeable. They refused to replace the microwave, even though the aide admitted the microwave was defected because of her actions. Contacting Joselines supervisor, was pointless, because she never called back with any resolution. Respectfully, I fired them. NOW I'm with a " honest" agency , who are ACCOUNTABLE. United Homecare do not ask me to REMOVE THIS HONEST REVIEW.

Omg when you call here you're on hold for a very long time, then a recorder comes on for you to leave a message and 2 days later still no response this is terrible

My mother,Joyce was in need of in home personal home care. United home care did a professional job. We first met with Case Manager Lisa, who is very knowledgeable in all the aspects of the home care world, and guided us with respect and empathy. Mother I shout out to Felix and the scheduling department For never leaving my mother without care. And last, but not least, the most wonderful Home Healthcare Aid. Miss Gloria, who I consider a family member. Through her kindness And ability to adapt in our home, no matter what the situation, has earned our trust and will always be in our hearts .

Unfortunately this agency has issues with internal coordination. If your HHS leaves on vacation, it is a nightmare to replace that person. The customer service line does not connect with the person needed at the agency, they do not take note eventhough they tell you they do. It is a must to talk to the manager of the agency.

Their staff is incompetent and unprofessional. The HHA coordinators do not have the patience to deal with their clients and simply suggest you find another agency in the area. The CEO of this company would not be happy about the service the employees provide to their patients . Not recommending this agency. There are multiple providers in the area which offer better services and options.
