The care provided by Valor Homecare has been nothing short of exceptional. My mom had an unexpected emergency surgery and afterwards needed physical therapy, a nurse and an aide to help her with bathing and breakfast. Every caregiver assigned to her was highly skilled and attentive to every detail of her needs. My mom wasn't very happy about having "strangers in her home" but they were genuinely warm, compassionate, friendly, and so helpful to her that she began looking forward to seeing them. The level of communication and responsiveness from Valor is outstanding, always ensuring we felt supported and informed throughout the process. I can't thank you enough, Valor. In a very stressful time, with my father needing urgent surgery and skilled at home nursing for his recovery, Valor came to our rescue! Super responsive and compassionate, we had a nurse setup and covered by Medicare in minutes. Upon arrival, our nurse Oisis, was caring, capable and very supportive. Valor Physical Homecare was a good choice for me right after hip replacement. I wasn’t ready to drive for therapy and Valor was very reliable & quick to get me the help I needed to get started. Both therapists I worked with were excellent; knowledgeable, reliable and professional. They got me to the level I needed to continue therapy with an outside PT facility. (Just make sure you make that switch to an outside facility as soon as you feel ready! )

My wound care /visiting nurse, Gloria, who came daily, post (mastectomy) surgery, was wonderful…. She was a great comfort to me. Her professional knowledge and expertise, as well as her attention to even the smallest detail, took away all my worries and with her expert care, my surgical incision healed faster than ever was expected..I feel most fortunate and blessed that this lovely young lady was chosen to be my nurse.
