Most of those sent from this agency has a decent level of competency. Several others do not understand what their exact role is in helping elderly with ADL’s. Upon requesting that the HHA Emma clean up after her patient, she acted like a child, denied responsibility, and blamed me for ‘asking her to do work that she doesn’t have to do’ for instance I explain that the bathroom curtains need to be washed, and therefore I washed them as toileting can be difficult when older. As I was at work, she contacted me at work asking where the shower curtains were. I explained that they are outside drying after I had washed them thoroughly. Initially I asked if she could simply do the other half of the job, her job, and place the curtains back up. That’s when she became defensive, and rude. I have a CNA license and know the job and been there for my grandmother since day one; I only expect professionalism and competence from people eager to work and help people. Now she enters the home and dismisses me, not responding to any messages sent requesting to please not obstruct the driveway as I frequently need to leave quickly for work. No answer, like a true professional.

The physical and occupational therapists Anne and Zulema were great - (five stars). The actual agency was not and I do not recommend it at all. They do not return calls regardless of the situation. They simply ignored the fact that my husband (who has Parkinsons) needed and was approved for a speech therapist. They couldn't care less. Think twice before calling them.

Absolutely recommend Heavenly Touch Home Health Care Corp. Love this Company. The staff is always very nice and professional. Jennifer the owners daughter is the best! I am very happy with the treatment / services I am receiving for my daughter. My nurses are very caring and professional. Its great to find a company who goes beyond to make you and your family feel comfortable. So grateful for this company!

During a critical time, when you need someone to trust, Heavenly touch home health in doral is the agency to depend on. This agency provides superior supportive, compassionate service to the person in need and their family. I can not think of a more caring and responsive organization with outstanding professional care givers. I highly recommend them!!!! great office staff always going out there way to help others one way or another been under there care since 07/05/2017 and I have never had an issue thank you all so much for caring for me at my worse time

Really awful company. The insurance paid for nursing to come twice a day for my very sick child to be monitored twice daily. They stopped showing up half the time, stopped showing up in the morning at all, and eventually gave my daughter a blood pressure cuff and told her to check her own vitals and write them down because "they don't have time to come." Um why are we even paying you? This company doesn't have the sense to know that when they are being paid by the insurance company for a service they actually have to show up and perform the service. I spend my whole life waiting around for these people and have no life because there is no schedule. They show up when every they feel like it and life has just become waiting around for them. They may show up at 5 in the morning and they may not show up at all-- you never know. Also they expect you to sign blank forms so they can just fill in the times and pretend they were here when they were not. Really just awful, awful, awful service when you have a sick child who truly needs monitoring.
