I will never work for this company again they lie they lose your credentials they pretend as if you're an employed with their company I believe that the paystub's and everything are fake. I don't like the supervisor because he will tell you one thing and it's been two years since I've heard back from this man in regards to my W-2 my HHA paperwork, as well as maintaining my position in the company as a contractor I've reached out via email phone number text message and have not gotten any responses every time I call they're always busy or can't answer any questions or concerns that I do have being an employee here. It was great in the start until I was told that they would contract me with another facility and never heard back from them ever again.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Substandard care, at best, and a complete lack of customer service. Home health care is supposed to fit the patient, not the company. Cater to the patients needs and schedules, not the nurses. This company has complete and utter disregard for their clients, and has absolutely no ability to perform even the simplest of tasks. Nurses are constantly late, if they can’t make it to us, the nurses and the company tell us to go somewhere closer that they can make it to. I would never recommend this company. To anyone. For a company to not try to get a patient an infusion through a picc line for antibiotics, that if one is missed, the patient could have the infection come back stronger, there’s a problem. Malpractice comes to mind. The website states “the one you trust”. I wouldn’t trust this company with a pizza delivery.
