I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Jean Merozier due to a serious language barrier. The provider’s limited ability to communicate in English made it very difficult for me to explain my health concerns, and I didn’t feel confident that they understood my needs. This lack of clear communication left me confused about the treatment plan and unsure of what steps to take next. While I understand that language barriers can happen, this situation affected the quality of care I received with the possibility of a misdiagnosis. I would recommend that the clinic provide translation services or ensure that providers can communicate effectively with patients to avoid misunderstandings in the future.

I went there last week, for the first time, the service was excellent. The front desk receptionist was very polite, the Dr was patient, and took time to listen to my concerns. When I was done, I did not have any worries because I got answers to all my questions.
