Our family has used the services of (Angels Preferred) for approximately one year. Beginning with Alice who did the intake information and explained everything to the three of us so we had no surprises. Also because one of the accidents occurred in Germany they helped with the insurance and translation. Ketley, our aide has become a member of the family, always taking take of all of us. Don't ask for her, she ours! We had to be away for 3 months for my mother's surgery and Ketley kept in touch with me daily. A support system even across the country!
