Had an appointment with the psychiatrist and got told that our appointment was cancelled. Just to clarify, we called a day before our appointment to confirm that our appointment was not cancelled our rescheduled. That was the third appointment that was cancelled. Then I got told that my daughter’s issues were not that serious and that it would be okay if she just took her medicine. Mental help is not just taking medicine, mental help is talking to a professional and working things out emotionally and verbally. It should also be acknowledged that the receptionist was also very rude, definitely needs to be retrained on mannerisms.
