The staff at Care on Call is excellent. Especially the lady who almost always answers the phone in the office, Deborah. I think she's the general manager or clinical manager- either way she is really knows what she's doing and you can tell she's been doing it for a long time. I hope she knows how appreciated she is because she really came through for my office and our patient. They have medical transportation and care, so they pick up right where the medical facilities leave off. She provided a seamless service for our dental patient who had oral surgery. She dropprd them off, had someone there to sit with them during post-op and the driver there to take them home and walk them to their front door. She arranged all this last-minute when we called her outside of business hours. She made me, the surgeon and our entore practice look like rockstar consummate professionals. I know this was a long paragraph, but Deborah and all her well-trained, experienced staff are definitely worth the few minutes it took to write this glowing reccommendation. We actually use Care on Call exclusively now if they have availability. Thanks again COC crew!

I can’t thank thank everyone enough for the amazing care I received. Hector was so wonderful and accommodating and Deborah was so friendly and easy to work with. My nurse Vernel was so amazing that 5 stars aren’t enough, I truly have never had anyone in healthcare be so meticulous, reassuring and overall incredible, he got me through a very hard time and has me enjoying life again, so grateful I could cry!

Very rude and not helpful. Called looking for an agency and aide for my mom and was told "You have to go thru Integrated" and then she hung up as if I was not understanding what she was telling me. Lots of other agencies out there to help. Moving on.

The entire team at Care on Call has been nothing short of amazing in taking care of my mom. They have a responsive and caring team and have consistently provided highly trained, certified and wonderfully caring staff to take care of my mom. I live out of state and when my mom got to the point of needing in-home care, I needed to find a reliable, professional and trustworthy in-home care service. Care on Call provided this and more. Their office team replies right away to my calls, they have offered suggestions and support in coordinating the right services for my mom, and they quickly responded to emergency requests - when the last hurricane hit and I could not fly in Care on Call coordinated overnight care to make sure my mom was okay. I am so grateful to have found this service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for an aging parent or loved one.

Our experience with Care on Call Home Healthcare was absolutely wonderful from the time we initially contacted them and throughout our entire experience. I went online and found two potential home support agencies. Care on Call was one of the two. We visit my brother annually for a few weeks every year, travelling with my adult son who has a disability and is in a wheelchair. We could not travel with him without the dedicated support of a home support worker. I had my brother call both agencies prior to our arrival. Care on Call Is a family owned business. Hector andTerry his wife and their son Brandon own and manage the business. Their motto is “Our family helping your family” and that is certainly the feeling we got when we first contacted them and through out our experience! They have a real personal touch. When my brother called the agency, Hector responded to his call very promptly and in a very professional and supportive manner. The other agency was very slow to respond and did not have that same personal touch. Care on Call quickly became our choice of agencies. I spoke with their son Brandon 2 times on the phone and he too had that personal, supportive touch. He promptly had a support worker in place for us.The support worker who they sent was prompt, very personable and kind! An excellent support worker. Not only that, she gave excellent care!! Our son required showering, personal care and dressing assistance. Our support worker was awesome! Our son really liked her. Thanks so much to her!!
