We have had such a great experience with Enhabit Health. They have showed up on holidays and weekends when we have needed help, always pleasant and solving whatever need has arisen. Could not recommend them more!

Tim, one of the physical therapists came to assist after my recent surgery. He was very compassionate, kind and very knowledgeable. I’ve been very depressed and he was uplifting and encouraging. He completely turned my day around and made me feel more positive and encouraged. Also, Bonnie, the RN, Stephanie, the COTA, and Tawnie the CPTA have all been very pleasant, very knowledgeable and caring. I appreciate all of them in my healing journey .💜

I'm supposed to have someone come 3x a week to change my dressings after surgery. Someone was supposed to be here last Monday no call no show! I figured maybe they will be here Tuesday. Again no call no show. It's now Wednesday, I just called them and the company told me that my nurse called out on Monday. They should of called me an tell me they were going to send someone else out. That's what should of happened but didn't. I've now read this company's reviews and have no faith in this company!

When I got out of the hospital in february of 2024, inhabit health was there to help me with nursing staff to pull labs and physical therapists. At this time, the company seemed to be able to function well. I was very happy with their service... However, I ended up needing their services again in june and july. I only needed nursing service this time. I just needed them to draw labs. They were going to come out and change. My piccline dressing, but luckily, my wife is an infusion nurse and was able to take care of that for them. This was good for me, Because I did not see one of their nurses at my house for almost two solid weeks, and these dressings have to be changed weekly. Somehow, they got my phone number wrong. And had trouble getting me scheduled. I corrected this phone number issue with 3 different nurses who came out. And it still took almost a month for it to get taken care of. The communication from inhabit at this point became More than terrible. Their policy seemed to be to call me the day before they would come. And let me know a two hour window of when they would be there, which is fine. They would only call me around half the time. Sometimes they would not show up at all and Sometimes they wouldn't call and would show up. One time I left the door unlocked. I did not know they were coming, and the nurse walked into my house. When I finally got fed up with all of the incompetence. I talked to an administrator who told me. I needed to talk to somebody higher up and that they would call me later that day. They did not, however, they did call me the next day after that and told me that they were going to drop my services. They said they needed recertification or did not have the skills to do the labs that I needed. I'm not 100% sure to the reasoning because they have a shoddy phone system that kept going out during our conversation. But I would surmise that the reason is incompetence. I am 7 weeks into a 10 week run of intravenous antibiotics, and somehow, 6 weeks of shoddy service is all I could get from them. This post is long enough, but I could still go on for several more paragraphs about how they don't seem to care about your schedule. Or how when they have a scheduling conflict?Sometimes they just won't contact you for a few days. Consumer beware...

I just want to say that encompass has been wonderful. My nurse Susanne is great she is so nice and caring. Even when I’m having trouble late at night she answers my calls and helps me so much and makes me feel so comfortable no matter what time it is. She is very rare, you can tell she cares about her patients. PT is great as well Greg, AJ, and Manny really know what they are doing and are very caring and you feel like they have your best interest at heart. They really have you working out and getting you stronger. I am so great full of my team with encompass.
