My opinion and experience this is the worst company with Staffing nurses for 24-Hour services for my 4 month old son at first when you're in a vulnerable stage they are up bubbly and hook you up onto them sell you a dream that they cant even fulfill with home nursing. My experience with this company was hell and scary all at the same time out of 17 some nurse that came to my house only a few stayed and out of that few only 4 nuers did what they had to do the other nurse didn't even care to do there job having me do everything why they sit there to get a check didn't wash bottles didn't attend to the gtub aria in keeping it clean and didn't even wash and bath my son and the couple of nurse that did over night shift all fell asleep some didn't change him throw the night some was a no showe some where late and most of all I was by my self they leve there trash on my table and left it there so I would had to clean up after them they will spill milk at there station and some didn't even clean it up they where giving meds to my son and a vitamin that is 0.5 and they where giving him 5ml he had became so constipated I had to give him prum juice and a thing to make him poop and to top it on its icesing there was a nurse that supposably had experience with infants and to my knowledge didn't have any experience was nervous was dropping everything spilled milk on the pulse ox cord he was off the monitor for about 25 to 35 minutes until I was able to see if I can dry it with a hair dryer had to tell the company that it messed up so they bring me a new one that day she panicked when my son almost had an episode she didn't know what to do she was screaming at me telling me what should I do what should I do I told her to get the suction and she couldn't even do that when it came time to feeding my son she almost dropped him occasionally times and was like Mom do you want to feed him Mom do you want to feed him she couldn't perform her job and then when I was on the phone with them she after I came up the steps she was confronting me didn't finish giving my son his milk and told me that he didn't want to eat well another nurse sat there and watched her and asked her what she needed to do all she can say is ask Mom that was one of the nightmares I had with them then there was a Night Nurse and when she was in a rush to leave in the morning she did not strap my son into the swing what I was dealing with my other son she walked out in a couple minutes later my other son was on the floor crying because of her of not strapping him in and all they can say is oh they left him in my care and it was my responsibility to check and what other nurse say is that she didn't think the baby moves is she neglected to tell me that he didn't strap him in because he was asleep how I feel is if you couldn't hold the contract of what was supposed to be held 24-hour nursing care and then hiring nurses that had no experience with infants I think they shouldn't have toke the contract I wouldn't trust this company at all with ur kids I can imagine for the patience that can't talk or parents that have to work what thes nurse do there.and there's alot more and it's funny thet there is only the ppl that work there review and not clients , they changed there other companies name because it sabotaged bad review from other clients I did a little digging in Google worst mistake I have ever had to deal with with a company that had hired nurses that have no clue what they're doing
