...care after major surgery and training/help with ostomy appliances. Super folks, caring. Of course we chose them again 8 months later for post sugery care after reversal. AWESOME...THANKS TO ALL THE NURSES AND OFFICE STAFF...PT too!! 5/5 rating but this stupid app keeps giving 1

1 star is too much. I had trilogy health services in for my mom to assist me in caring for her. She was dehydrated. Trilogy health does not do IV's. Mom needs help bathing. Trilogy health does not do that. She needs her underwear changed. Trilogy health does not do that. She has 2 sores on her butt. Trilogy measures them. But does not remove the underwear that provides access to the wounds. Mom needs help but Trilogy takes temperature, oxygenation of blood, puts bandages on after retrieving them and takes blood pressure. They also can call the sheriff's office and break into a house "for an emergency of their own perception"
