Very poor nursing skills kept asking what they were there for and the instructions! We are the patient how are we to know there job and what orders was given by the doctor!!! Very poor customer service skills and do not follow through with what they say! Half ass nurses to say the least couldn’t even bring dressing changes hence the reason they were there. Nurses don’t travel with peroxide or alcohol swabs. Very dis organized company to say the least.

I am very pleased with the care I received. Sophie, Felicia and AK were the best. I learned so much from the speech sessions that I still apply them daily and AK got me doing so much more with my left arm and hand in the first 1-2 appts. than the in-house rehab facility I went too. I highly recommend this company.

Boy!!! You DENIED the sign language interpreter!! Medicare/medicaid, Federal funds, community profits and write off tax deductions are not your funds they cover disabilities, elders and interpreters. I am taking actions against you and file formal complaint (if I don’t hear from you by the end of the day). I already filed 2 complaints. Very discriminatory of you!!! In addition, You are a Medicaid provider, I notified Medicaid of your refusal to provide a sign language. They will investigate your allegations! This home care has been uncooperative this morning, stating that it's not their duty to provide an interpreter for therapy and instead shifted the responsibility to my doctor. I disagreed and maintained that it's their obligation, but they refused to comply. 🤯😡🤬🤬🤬🤬
