They took care of my father and he absolutely adored his nurse and his PT

Incompetent leadership and staff. Told they would call re initial assessment for patient. Never called. Stay clear of Pinnacle and go to a reputable home health care company.

My dressing wasn't changed for 5 days after surgery. To be fair, it was Thanksgiving weekend. 1st nurse was solely concerned about the meds I was prescribed. Angry at my non response. Service expired w out any notice at all. Less than adequate care except an elderly nurse, 78, took time to explain

Thank you Jimmy Lynch. You made both of my knee replacement surgeries bearable. I cannot say enough good things about the care, patience and knowledge Jimmy provided. He made PT a joy even though he made me work. Thanks.

Prior to my total knee replacement surgery. I was contacted by Stacy at Pinnacle, who assisted me in setting up home health care, home physical therapy and with assistive devices from Baycare I would need after surgery. Jimmy, my physical therapist, met me at my home just shortly after my surgery for a post surgery care visit. He was very helpful with wound care, kept an eye out for home hazards, and gave me some tips on how to get around my home safely. He started me on a home exercise program starting with a few simple exercises I could start working on to help me regaining my mobility. The following day, Shelly, a wonderful nurse, came by to take out the drain. During his visits within a two week period, Jimmy was a tremendous help in providing positive support and more exercises to help me regain more physical range of motion and movement. I was walking with a cane in no time. Having now gone through seven knee surgeries with one more pending, I can say that Jimmy was the best physical therapist I've ever had! Thank You Jimmy and Pinnacle for all your care! It was a tough, painful surgery and I couldn't have made it with such day to day success without you! I have one more knee replacement to go in a few months and I hope to see you both again!!!
