The Childish and unprofessional response to the review by the owner continues to be out standing. The pain level of the patient was over looked as the office staff overlooked this they blamed the patient for being inpatient. This company was not in tuned with providing immediate care to the patient/customer.

Having someone visit you in your home can be stressful but they have impeccable bedside manner and their professionalism shines through.

I have had the Best Experience with Center Well. The Staff in the office are Great. My Physical Therapists, Both Jake and Kevin were Phenomenal. My Home Heath Wound Care Team of Gigi, Raquel, and David have made this so much Easier for me. I will Recommend Center Well to all of my friends and Family. I cannot say enough great things about the care my dad has received from CenterWell! We have the BEST TEAM ever! Natalie is absolutely amazing with his wound care and staying on-top of the slightest change in the wound. I am so grateful to have her to care for my dad. She's definitely family now. Breanna has the patience of a saint with my dad. When he's fussing about what he can't do, she assures him that OT is a process and he will get there. Athena and Lynn are awesome with him during his PT visits. They're patience, persistence and encouragement in pushing him beyond his comfort zone makes him realize he's stronger than he thinks. Andrea and Lyndsey were phenomenal also! Everyone CenterWell has sent our way have been professional, knowledgeable, communicative, punctual and genuinely caring. More businesses should follow suit and step-up for better patient care like CenterWell has.

At the beginning of my visits I was told I would be seen by a nurse, PT and OT. I saw 1 nurse, Melissa for the first visit. Later, I talked to 1 nurse on the phone and answered 2 questions. Then texted with 1 nurse about an appointment. Never heard from or saw another nurse again. Did not want OT so my PT guy informed the office and was able to check and change those visits to all PT. Which was exactly what I wanted. Both my PT guys, Jake and Jeff were great. Were very professional and patient with me and all my concerns. If it wasn't for the nurse issue, you would get 5 stars.
