I have always had a great experience with Concierge home health! I first worked with Alan, then Ryan, and now Katie! Katie is exceptional. She knows all the details needed for assisting someone returning home from SNF care. She replies fast, communicates clearly, and is always honest and up front. I appreciate how she visits each possible patient prior to discharge. Her friendly demeanor is always appreciated and really puts the nervous patients at ease knowing they are in good hands.

We were supposed to get in home therapy . They cant seem to make out a simple schedule to give you some indication when they will show up.In over a month we have seem him 3 times. It is supposed to be 2 time a week. I get a text the day before from the PTA asking do you want me to come tomorrow? WTH I called yesterday DISCHARGE us

This group is AMAZING! If you need home health services for your loved one, this one is the very best. They have taken such good care of my father in law. The employees really care about the patient and really take the time to listen to the patient and the family. They go above and beyond for each patient making sure they have what they need to recover at home quickly and comfortably. I can't say enough about the jeep they provide or the care they have for the patient.
