My father, Herb, and I started dealing with “Elite Home Health”, my main contact for coordinating is Ms Laura, she has bent over backwards, sidesteps and back flips to get us what we are needing, our nurse Ditas, where do I begin, excellent nurse with can do get ur done know how, “my” kind of nurse, good people, for PT we have the privilege of Poli, I was under impression that my dad couldn’t walk what so ever, she had him up on his feet, with assistance, and he has walked to the end of driveway and back in just 1st 3 visits, has been really good to have experienced staff helping us, she even called to check on him on “day off”…our OT therapist (Richard” we have only had for initial visit, he worked for a good while with dad after getting to know him, knew his background when he walked in the door, discussed what we wanted to accomplish with therapy and hit the ground running, thus far I am totally pleased, highly-HIGHLY recommend any and all of our therapist, we are blessed to have them…Big Thanks to Laura, Ditas, Poli & Richard…

Valu Quest (Valuquest)

Wish I could give this company zero stars! After knee replacement surgery, the hospital sent a referral via my insurance company to Elite Home Health for post-op care and initial physical therapy. Elite was supposed to contact me and set up the first home visit, however its been 6 days since I was discharged from the hospital and I still have not heard from them. I tried calling them, but encountered an answering service instead, who said they cannot take any messages. The hospital also called them 3 times, and were told that I would be contacted the following day, but this still has not occurred. Fortunately I did not have any major post-surgery complications, otherwise I would be totally out-of-luck! I would avoid this company at all costs.... they need to be re-named "Sub-Standard Home Health." UPDATE: 6 days after the surgery I received a short garbled message from a nurse saying she called because of an order from Elite. I could not make out her number since the message was broken up. I called Elite, managed to get a live person and nurse's phone number. I called the nurse back, who did not answer, so I left a voice mail. She did not call back. Next day I sent her a text message, hoping that this method may work, but still no response from the nurse!
