Seemed great at first. Barely got updates from Jennifer the physical therapist unless I asked and then very vague. The occupational therapist Kim never gave me updates either. But she spent a lot of time giving unsolicited advise. I requested updates again Tuesday and never got them. They both have been trying to get the state involved and contacted them with a complaint and have been unprofessional in their behavior and comments. Would be very careful using this company. Mike the nurse was asked to call me to give me updates. He never did. I called yesterday to discharge from their services and they are still attempting to cause problems and called my mom’s place of residence and spoke to an employee there to attempt to allude to neglect/abuse. Beware!!! Choose a different company. They are vindictive. Glad to be away from this company. I will say Kerry the sales manager was extremely helpful. She was the best part of this experience.

Well hello everybody and those inneed of home health care my name is Richard B. And I have had a bad year starting with 2 back surgeries a few mouths apart and a bypass surgery in that same year and all 3 surgeries I was in need of in home nursing and physical therapy and let me tell you without inhabits incredible team that got me on my feet and was so professional and the importance of caring truly caring for me. So I would like to thank Naz a experienced and wonderful person.and Izzy a well knowledge physical therapist and the home office were all my questions were answered fully so thank you so much. Worst company ever. They change your schedule without notification. They don't order supplies in a timely manner causing you to run out. And the list goes on and on. If I ran my business like this I would be out of business or in jail.
