After release from hospital on Thursday, 8/21/25, taking a anti-biotic through i.v. for 12 days and have catheter that needs to have base changed out. Trilogy nurse showed up on Friday and Saturday, off Sunday , Have not seen or heard from then since. Disappointed. Called office on Tuesday 8/26/25, talked to Rob, scheduling manager. He could not explain the lack of communication or lack of no one scheduled. He assured me that someone would be here before my Doctors appointment at 2 pm. Here it is 1 pm, no call no show.

Ever since my great-aunt started receiving therapy from Trilogy about a year ago we’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences. Everyone that we’ve encountered from Trilogy therapy and even the people that answer the phones have been very professional and helpful. I particularly want to single out our nurse Ricardo De Jesus and our occupational therapist Sarah for their exceptional care of my great-aunt and always following up.
