Got referred by pt and dr over 2 months ago was told wait till they contact me. Finally got in contact with someone there about 3 weeks ago after 30 minutes hold she said a supervisor would call to discuss things. Noone there has called and they do absolutely nothing to try help new patients. The ones that need the help most, tend to receive the least. They didnt like something about me without meeting me and just refused to help me at all. A simple call or just tell me i was denied months ago is all you needed to do. This company obviously doesn't put patients first and has a different agenda. They were my last hope for outpatient services but looks like i dodged a bullet. Inconsiderate, zero compassion, zero communication. Shame on you all!!

I would like to thank Maila, from Pinnacle Home Care (Orlando, FL) for her in-home physical therapy service. Maila tailored each PT session in accordance with my surgeon’s protocol. She taught me proper walker techniques, proper ways to enter/exit my recliner, bed, shower, house, car, going up/down steps, and exercises. Maila always focused every movement on safety, ensuring I would not injure my surgical leg. As a result, I achieved great progress, regaining mobility and strength every day. Maila is commended for her professionalism and PT knowledge. Again, thank you, Maila, for a job well done.

First of all Maila was just fantastic, she really guided me throughout my rehab. She was very kind when I was down, and also massaged my swollen thigh so I could continue my exercises. She was always very cheerful too. I enjoyed it when she called to say she was on her way. So sorry that today will be the last day that I see her. Thank you for sending Maila to me.👍❤️

NOT RECOMMEND PINNACLE! My surgeons office arranged skilled nurse for me post total knee replacement surgery. Pre surgery they insisted I do pt with their agency. I explained surgeons office already set me up w/ a different pt agency who visited me pre op. They said insurance demands I work with one agency. My insurance said otherwise. Post surgery the nurse shows up. But when she learns my pt is with another agency she calls her office. If I don’t cancel my other pt , she must leave, As a result my pt was delayed by 4 days! Then I unfortunately got ill from meds and I cancelled pt appt. He insisted on coming so they could bill us! Wasted appt ! Then a nurse shows up without correct wound care sleeve. The next nurse visit is a no show. AVOID this agency!!!

I receive an antibiotic for a staph infection through a pic line. The pic line bandage needs to be changed weekly by a nurse. The initial few appointments were timely but last week and this week are a day behind. No one has bothered to confirm these appointments which end up off the schedule until I have to call. Pinnacle’s physical therapist has been punctual and provides quality care but the nursing staff needs improvement.
