The acting is on point but the actual caring for the patients is horrible. Im still waiting on the supervisor to call me back after she promised she would. The call center reps don’t care and it should by their tone of voice. Such a disappointment dealing with them. No one takes accountability. They ignore instructions and POWER OF ATTORNEY after they request it. Smh. they made my grandma sign docs that she did not understand what she was signing nor did they get a translator for her. She cant even read and the made her sign without even consulting her POA Then pass the blame on each other. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY.

Severely lacking in professionalism and quality of care for the elderly. The physical therapist was not very knowledgeable and showed up less than the required sessions, the nurse that was promised never showed up once, and office staff never returned phone calls. If you need quality care, avoid this company
