If I could give higher than a 5 I would. Tina went WAY above her job description to help my friend who I’m the POA for, to get her rehab facility changed after a god-awful 3 days at the first facility. Tina worked on Labor Day weekend to set up the transfer, which was no easy request. She even came to talk to us and the facility that my friend was leaving. She followed up with me via many texts. When my friend was released to go home a few days ago, Tina already set up the nurse and PT visits, which start today, 2 days after coming home. Tina truly is our saving grace for an absolutely horrendous beginning of a rehab journey. Mederi also was the home health for my friend about a year ago after 20 days in the hospital. The therapists were amazing, prompt and thorough. I’m sure the same care will be given to my friend this round. I can’t thank you enough, Tina, for showing such empathy, compassion and professionalism during this very trying time. You are appreciated more than you’ll ever know. Stacy & Louise

For a week they’ve been saying I would get a call setting up an appointment for my husband. The therapists NEVER call. The woman at the main office keeps assuring me they will call. How this company stays in business I don’t know.

My experience with Mederi Caretenders exceeded my expectations. I had them twice - in May and just now for PT. The second time I ask for them prior to hospital discharge. If you are looking for people who know their stuff, are punctual, easy to work with, and are compassionate - choose Mederi. I am so very grateful for all of the nurses and therapists who helped me. Worse experience of my life! Run the lack of knowledge is super scary ALWAYS listen to your Doctor not home health first and foremost. The Director herself came first day and didn’t have bandages then a nurse put the bandage sticky part on my incision which ripped scab off. They told me it was infected another time Dr said it wasn’t it was ridiculous on their part. Got my reacher 12 days after surgery (how does that help) the I have an illocomy that I never got my bag situation fixed so now I have to pay out of pocket bc the ones they did give me are crap they all have all gotten holes and in my 9 years never had that problem plus director doesn’t understand 5 plus 5 is 10 so u have bags with not enough wafers after explaining this to her 5 or 6 times! So say they are incompetent in an understatement. Thank goodness I’ve had over 60 surgeries and knew better as they told me I could shower 3 days after surgery when Dr said 14 days. Please go elsewhere or get infection or worse here!

The home care team is excellent. Jimmy and Krista with physical therapy are amazing! They were responsible for my grandmothers care and I couldn't have asked for better people to come in to my home and care for her!
