The staff here is wonderful. We have had them at least 5 times for my Father over the past 4 years. They are very reliable and always available to answer any questions or concerns . I would not want any other group taking care of my Family. They are very professional. I have referred them to several of my friends with elderly parents and have heard nothing but good things from my friends and their parents that have had them as well. I am the referral coordinator for a busy Internal Medicine office and I found working with this company is a disgrace to all home health agencies. Our office needed to refer a patient for daily wound care to a patient that is home bound with a severe wound and because their business was understaffed our patient had to suffer. We got a call statig our patient would not be cared for , no explanation other then the nurse and company was overwhelmed. If that is the case hire some more staff or close the office. This was not the first issue that we have had with this company .. we find them to be rude and not caring for their patients at all. I WILL NEVER refer another patient of ours here . Please be aware of this terrible company.
