I've had home health care before & so did my late husband--many times. I've never seen such poor service, when I really needed it, as I did from Residential! I came home on a Thurs afternoon after a double mastectomy with 4 drainage tubes. I live alone. I was delighted to get a call from Residential that someone would be calling me that evening to arrange a visit the next day. I got a call the next day. Karesa apologized that she had been calling the wrong number & gave me a time she would be at my home. She later texted me that she would be here later, as she had to pick her son up from school. When she did arrive, she was friendly & helpful, although she didn't bring the informational material with her & had to go to her car to get her medical supplies, as she forgot to bring them into my house. She told me she would be back on Tuesday, as I had an appointment with the surgeon on Monday. I was disappointed that no one was visiting me over the weekend when I really needed help with tubes, bandages & self-care, while groggy from pain meds but I accepted it. When I didn't hear from Karesa by late morning on Tuesday, I texted her. She said she couldn't be at my house that day but would be here the next day. So she came the day after I got home from the hospital & didn't plan on coming back until 5 days later! This is not the care I have seen with other agencies. I will never use Residential again or recommend them to anyone.

I am a private live in caregiver to a 90 year old man with dementia. I called Residential and Macon was great. She was able to send out a nurse Kara who was wonderful and a PT Lisa who is also wonderful. OT will be starting next week. She was also able to set up and Dr to come here to his house as its getting harder to get him out to the Dr,, I highly recommend. I have had other clients as well that have used Residential and I have NEVER had any problems they are available 24/7 if any questions arise as well. Thank you to everyone there. We has used them previously and were so glad they were able to come back out. Moving forward we will continue to use them right through the hospice stage as well when it comes to that time.

We chose Residential home health in the recommendations of our Nurse Donna Troche... the nurses were knowledgeable who helped out the p.t. were excellent Also we utilized there wound care aprn at the suggestion of our nurse Donna Troche. . The company cares about there patients and the needs of the caregiver.
