This review is to acknowledge the social worker for Center-Well went over and beyond helping our family in a very trying time.. the social worker assisted with helping to secure in-home health care for my mother. Unfortunately , I am totally relying on long distance communication to meet the required documentation with the veterans Administration and Bay County Council on Aging for seniors. The social worker's can do attitude for elderly care and advocacy were highly noteworthy. Her can do attitude meets the standards I have seen in my career as a United States Marine; due diligence, pride, work ethics, and true concern for the patients.

I can’t say enough good things about CenterWell, everyone that I have met in person or talked to on the phone has been very attentive, professional and they’ve taken care of things right away! Charlee has been the one taking care of me and I’m so very thankful, she’s very caring, listens to what I have to say and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable, she lets me know exactly what she’s doing step by step and I’m thankful for that, she doesn’t just rush through to get done and on to her next patient. I know that I’m not her only patient, but she makes me feel like I am. I would recommend CenterWell to anyone for their home health needs.

Knee Replacement 5 Star times over over and over. Team made everything happen with ease. Have ?s they were ready to listen and answer. My therapist and who I now consider to be a friend was and is awesome. Being a first timer to experience this situation I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. Day one my fears were gone. As expected pain comes with recovery. My therapist explained and demonstrated in steps each exercise and let me do it in baby steps that led me to grown up steps which led to successful recovery. While keeping it professional a trust was built as well. I just cannot say enough. So….Joe thank you thank you thank you. Jamie thank you thank you thank you. Center Well is and will be my go to if needed again in the future. Have a great day everyone ❤️

All the staff from Center Well have been fantastic. They are kind, professional, and informative. Cheri has done a great job of being compassionate yet firm and adaptive with my mother. Thank you to all the men and women (Brett, Tamara, Molly, Kelly, Tamara, Darlene) that are helping to nurse my mother back to health! God bless y'all!
