My knee surgeon referred my case to encompass. Was called promptly from their office and set up therapy. Therapy was done by Courtney and Keese. They were great! You could tell they both loved their jobs and genuinely wanted to help their patients. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Also would call a day ahead of time to verify appointment and always were there when they said they would.

My Fiance had fallen ill with bronchitis and could not perform therapy because she was sick. The office staff sent a letter to her Dr stating that she refused Home Health Care. Anita, Tammy and Donna are part of the staff in question. Thank You Encompass for clearly lying to her Dr. For the Public, do find another Home Health Care facility because these people will definitely stab you in the back....Capt James E Black
