I have been in the building for around 5 years. I am not moving out. I am living in Miami but the facility, the owners, tenants and the wonderful receptionist make the building an special place. The building as well, as the kitchen, bathrooms, offices and conference rooms are clean and very well organized. The owners and the receptionist are always ready to help you and they do the best that your clients feel welcomed in the facility. Tenants are respectful. The place is located next to the I-75.
