This company shows a complete disregard for patients’ health and time. On multiple occasions, nurses either failed to show up or arrived at completely unacceptable hours, each time offering an excuse instead of accountability. One nurse never showed and blamed a car accident. Another arrived five hours late, claiming it was raining. A third showed up at 11:45 p.m., which is shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. Patients depend on timely medical care, not excuses. Collecting payment from insurance while repeatedly failing to deliver basic services is unacceptable. This pattern of behavior demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for patient well-being. No healthcare provider should be allowed to operate this way.
