Their home health people were great. Helped us get Mom into the Hospice facility where they made her so comfortable until the end. We appreciate them so much. Recommend them highly.
Homes Instead
The nurses are great but apparently they only have 1 home health aide. That person is currently out of the office for 3 weeks due to an injury and we've been told they have no other trained staff to fill that void. They have told everyone that needs the services to get help from family or friends. For a company that provides that service, I am surprised that they have no backup coverage for those very necessary services. This is a problem.

Brittany came out herself and worked on a feeding tube clog. I saw nothing but dedicated nurses who showed up in emergency’s. Vivian and Sarah were great to us. We then got Silvia but Dr. brown referred us to Kinder care emerald coast hospice. I was sad t o lose my support in those nurses

I am almost a different person since having People's Home Health. The nurse, Terry S. is unbelievable. She has brought up my spirits to the greatness I have felt before. Selina was so comforting and together they are a Great Team, they really do FEEL for me and they really are dedicated to their patients or clients. Terry called this morning to come over and my spirits were lifted immediately. They are both a great help in the medical part of their visits, but they also add happiness, spiritual uplifting and hope for my day and the day after. Thank you so much People's Home Health.
