Went to them on monday told them I wanted Gulf medical instead. I got my medical record from them and took it to Gulf medical. On Saturday they still have not cancelled there auth with my insurance. Gulf medical has called them several times. My Dr. Sent auth to Gulf medical and they still have not cancelled the auth for them. I am very upset. These people don't care!!
