I have a home health therapist her name is Misty.. she's the absolute best.. I broke my foot and she went to Walmart with her own money and bought the stuff needed to make ice packs.. she stayed for a long time after she wrapped my foot. Misty is the best part of therapy... Thank y'all for giving me a therapist with heart.

Thank you to Alli and Mandy on such excellent care and attention to my needs. You ladies rock and were both so patient, attentive and helpful. ❤️

My husband is a quadriplegic from a gunshot would to the neck while working as a police officer. For the past 25 years, he received home health services during the day while I was at work (help with bathing, repositioning to prevent sores, getting a snack, checking his glucose, helping with elimination, etc.). In June, he was discharged by this agency because they were "short staffed". It is hard for me to understand what is "short-staffed"? Who gets to decide who gets services and who doesn't? My husband is completely paralyzed, bed-bound and cannot move, feed himself or use the bathroom on his own. When we went to see our state representative at that time (Matt Gaetz- R), his people did nothing to help us. It is disappointing to see how people who served our country and community are treated in their time of need.

I am so upset with this company. First the lady just showed up at my house no phone call nothing and that was Monday. Apparently yesterday she came to my house and then went to my neighbors I wasn’t home. Then my neighbor just informed me that the nurse called the cops to my house. I am so upset right now I can’t think straight. I have 2 dogs they are big dogs that like to bark at whoever knocks on my door. But they are harmless except if the cops do a welfare check they will just walk in my house and they would most likely shoot my dogs. The cops don’t know that my dogs are friendly. I don’t know why she can’t do what they are supposed to call and make an appointment. She told me somebody would be coming to my house once a week so why would she be here Friday with the cops when I just met her Monday? I am so mad and I have been needing help for a long time and I told I don’t want this company back at my house. They are very lucky. One of my animals did not get hurt. I am so upset right now that is wrong. * I was so happy, I thought I was finally going to get the help I need and now I will never get any help. 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I required home health visits 3 times/week beginning in October, 2020 and continuing into February, 2021. The level of care that I received every single visit was EXPERT. The nurses were on time, all the time. Their communication with me was consistently flawless. They monitored the inventory of medical supplies required for my care, and they kept me very well supplied - I never ran out of anything. They called my doctor's office several times to report when there were complications so that my doctor could address the problems, saving me a difficult trip to his office - a particular "plus" during the pandemic! They were very personalized and caring in their treatment of me. I had never required any intensive medical care prior to October, 2020 and I was very nervous about my medical issues. Having SunCrest OMNI Home Health was the absolute best thing that I could have asked for. I cannot imagine that I would have had an equal experience with any other company, and I will forever be grateful for these special people.
