This is absurd, you put someone who barely speak English and doesn’t comprehend nothing to answer the phone. The lady really got me upset, I asked the simplest questions and she couldn’t replied That not good at all.

Unprofessional and disrespectful girl on the phone. I just called at 4:55 someone picked up then hung up. I called back right away I was placed on music hold without someone even answering. Very unprofessional & too young to know how to be.

Very poor organizational accountability for staffing and lack of consideration and neglect for the patient and family member. This agency would benefit from a more reliable, efficient staffing coordinator and administrator who could accept organizational commitments and responsibilities towards patient care. Would not recommend because of their lack of acknowledgement and acceptance of equivocal organization/staffing practices.
