This is a terrible healthcare agency. The staff and supervisors are rude, and as a company they do not live up to the name of their business. I had an emergency patient that needed help with her colostomy bag, and the supervisor there informed me they wouldn't go to help her for 48 hours! And on top of that she told me it wasn't her problem. I've never heard of an agency that couldn't accommodate a patient for 48hrs. That proves how unorganized & unprofessional they are! DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR LOVED ONES ! !
