Trust USA assigned a nurse to my mother. The nurse name is Veronica. She was NEVER PUNCTUAL TO THE APPOINTMENTS, there was always an excuse: the weather, or she was in West Palm Beach working, her car was in the dealer and will come after that appointment but she never appear. Why patients made an appointment if this nurse doesn’t come on time, doesn’t have the courtesy to contact us and her cell has no answering message that works. One day we waited 2 hours , another day 5 hours and the last time it was more than 24 hours of her scheduled time. On this occasion, the office lady from Trust USA called postponing our schedule for Saturday morning ,but this Veronica “nurse” never came in the morning, even if we called her or texted her. When I finally was able to talk to her office, they said she was supposed to make it o time to our home and they will try to contact her to tell her co come. My mom needed care and Veronica got mad because of my office call. My mom was waiting the whole Saturday. So inconsiderate! By 8:00 pm I called her cell again and she finally answered stating she will NOT COME TO TAKE CARE OF MY MOM BECAUSE OF MY CALLS TO THE OFFICE . It was so disrespectful and rude from that Veronica nurse. She was supposed to see my mom on Friday, it was 24 hours later and still she didn’t contact us. I don’t write negative reviews, but I don’t want anybody to go through what we are going through with this company. On Saturday night we tried to call Trust USA to let them know what Veronica nurse said and to request another nurse. and they hanged up on us 8 times until my husband called them . Please take care of your loved ones, but be careful with this company that don’t take care of their patients and ignore the bad behavior of their workers.

Trust USA is amazing! Their slogan "Physician Led, Home Driven, Proven Healthy Outcomes" could not be a more true statement. They provided the highest level of care for my grandpa and are a VERY affordable home care option, considering the care and quality and attention to detail that was given. My grandpa loves his registered nurse caregiver and she has really made a positive difference in his life and my family's lives. We don't need to stress about him taking the wrong medications anymore because he is in great hands! All thanks for Trust USA Home Health. Thank you!

Don't "Trust USA" with your loved ones. Ken goes on and on how wonderful that are but doesn't answer your questions, she avoids them. The care taker arrived late and wanted to go to the store and LEAVE the elderly patient. Also the care taker goes to sleep in the other bedroom and the patient (my mother) who just got home from hip surgery had to go to the bathroom by herself because the lady was sound asleep. When I finally got in touch with the owner, she did not want to hear a word. She claimed a privacy law. Funny how I could hover her all the info in the beginning to take the $$. If you love your patient, go elsewhere.
