In my professional opinion as a discharge planner, Accomplished Home Care is THE go to agency for home health services. Cindy Zimmerman is truly heaven sent. She goes above and beyond with every case, every patient, and every family member who worries about what to expect next. She is compassionate, a wealth of knowledge, and a true leader in the senior community. She always picks up the phone and is eager to help with complex discharges. My husband was referred by Dr. Charles Stewart after hip replacement. The surgery was the day before evacuation for Hurricane Ian. Luke a physical therapist was assigned to us. We were unable to schedule his visit but he took the time to talk through what we should be doing very thoroughly. When we returned home he again reached out to check on my husband. By day 7 with others affected by the hurricane requiring first priority Luke took the time on the phone again to check on progress and provide direction. Given the service disruption we will not be able to meet Luke in person because my husband is doing very well and will be seeing his doctor in a few days. Luke further welcomed us to call him directly if we needed anything. Stellar service, care and concern.
