The supervisor doesn't follow the doctor order and are very rude to the patient. Tried talking to the supervisor boss and she showed no interest about anything negative about her employee. Will never use this company again or referred them to anyone.

The intake nurse came out for an assessment of my daughter after she came home from spending 12 days in the hospital with Covid pneumonia. She was on oxygen and couldn’t even get to the bathroom on her own! The nurse said she would need to be seen 2-3 times a week by a nurse and that she also would need physical and occupational therapy which had been ordered by her Dr. That was on May 12. Today is June 15th and she is coming here tomorrow to Discharge her. We have had 3 visits from nurses and it was like pulling teeth! We kept complaining to her Dr’s about no one from Physical or Occupational Therapy coming. Her coordinator sent in a second order for the therapy as did her Primary Dr! After 2 weeks a therapist finally called after calling Mederi and complaining again. By the time they called she was up and around on her own and no longer needed them! Stay away from this business! They do not care about their patients! The person that answers the phone actually hung up on her when she called to have a nurse come out! I can’t wait to find out from her insurance company how much they billed for! I would give less than one star if I could!!

Thanks to PT, Chris Skowronski, my 71 year old husband is walking without a walker or a cane after only 2 weeks and 2 days from Total Knee Replacement. From the 1st session, Mr. Skowronski had him doing weightbearing exercises while standing and sitting rather than in the bed. As a result, muscle strength and range of motion is remarkable!
