I came here recently to start new PC with Dr. Desantis. Initial visit was good, and we had a conversation about getting bloodwork done. I thought I found an amazing new PC physician. BUT When I received the lab order - it was very basic, so I called the office to get more things added so that I could get it all checked in one visit to the lab. He insisted on doing this first, then coming back to discuss getting more things added to a lab order. In essence, I'd pay for first visit, pay for lab work, pay for second visit, pay for another round of lab work, then pay for another visit. When I pointed this out, the only reason they gave as to why they wouldn't add more was "This is the way he runs his practice". Yep, won't be returning to this office.

This office is the worst office to deal with. Came from out of town to pickup my medical records and your not open. Very poor service. Hours of operation not listed. Millennium your more worried about making money then about your patients. Would never recommend your establishment to anyone. Same on you.
