PT couldn’t be better but nursing never again. They came with two nurses to draw my blood ( couldn’t draw blood and left both arms a mess ) blood all over my couch and supplies left all over . Also they didn’t bring supplies - so they used my exercise rubber band to tie my arm to attempt to take blood . Had no supplies to do wound care and then was told I had to go to wound care and doctors for INR check because they didn’t have machine . I was told to call my nurse when needing something and never had she answered my calls or called me back . She was so lovely too when we meant but they just don’t have time for me . I quit service as I wasn’t getting help I needed .

Whoever answered the phone is always rude and never likes to spell her name. As a company you can’t be short tempered on the phone with people and have an attitude at all times.

Hi, I had help from Sunrise at home for several weeks after a bad fall in which I fractured my hip. The Nurse was excellent and came on a regular basis and was most helpful and gave good advice. The Physical therapist was terrific too and demonstrated the correct way to do the exercises. They were professional and on time and I would highly recommend their services which helped me on the road to a full recovery.

I used this service in 2021 and 2022. When I had them come over the summer of 2021 I had no issues and the nurses were awesome. But at the end of 2021 and 2022 it was a different story. I could not get them to send anyone out or the nurse who was so suppose to come out had excuses of why she couldn't see me. They could not work around my doctors visit, which I could not change.. One of the nurses was very rude and did not properly do her job. When contacted by the office about the visit they blew it off like it was no big deal. The people in the office are so unorganized and seem to not know what they are doing. I stopped using their service and now have Doctors Choice. Doctors Choice is amazing. They work with me and my doctors. The nurses are polite and helpful.
