Terrible experience with this company. My mother needs both occupational and physical therapy due to a fall that resulted in several broken bones. The first OT they sent (Michelle), was the rudest person I've ever encountered in Healthcare. Instead of letting us explain the issues with my mother, she had her own agenda and didn't want to listen to us. What she wanted to do would not have even been possible at that time of my mother's recovery. I requested a new OT. Jake (the new OT) was really good, listened to what we said, and customized the therapy accordingly. Unfortunately, he just stopped showing up. Same with PT. They just stopped showing up. No explanation, nothing. I called the Case Manager, I had new orders from our doctor sent to them twice (they said they never got them the first time they were sent) for more therapy, and she said she would make sure therapists would resume treatment. Silence, completely ghosted. Never heard another word. I DO NOT recommend this company, unless you like wasting your time waiting for them to show up.

I requested Grant for post-op physical therapy because my friend had recovered so well. Grant is one of the best PTs I’ve worked with—knowledgeable and caring. He showed me how to stay safe and get back to my regular activity after my hip replacement. Concierge also provided wonderful nursing care. Ask for nurse Jane! She’s thorough, kind and attentive. She helped me through post-op discomfort and increased my confidence that I was healing. Jane is another great reason to ask for Concierge.

People who answer the phone or call from out of area numbers need to say who they are, what company they work for, and why they are calling. They should not assume a person got their previous message and magically know why someone with a Georgia phone number is calling. Incredibly unprofessional and unethical in how I was treated.

Grasen the office manager is very rude and disrespectful. There nurse Katie makes appointments then doesn't show up. Tell us the va will only pay for 1 visit a week when in fact they pay for 3. Grasen told my wife we could do it ourselves. Va already approved all appointments. No notice was given that there was an issue. No notice at all. They set an appointment for today between 2-3 When we called to find out why they didn't show up they said he has been dropped. I asked about 48 hr notice to correct the issue no response was given.
