They get 2 stars because most of the nurses we dealt with were lovely and the first 2 days of home health care were good. At the day 2 appointment, I learned that I was expected to take over administering my husband's intravenous medications. I do not have any medical training and was very nervous about doing the IV. At the 3rd appointment, I told the nurse I did not feel confident about administering the medications. She told me I was doing fine but I insisted that I wanted additional nurses visits. I don't know whether she ignored me or the administrator overseeing our case ignored me, but no nurse showed up for day 4. I called the office only to be told we were not going to receive a visit from a nurse. I attempted to administer my husband's IV and made mistakes. Luckily, he was okay but it took another call to speak with a supervisor to get nurses coming back for visits. I will never use this company again if I can avoid it.

We have found Pinnacle Home Care to be unresponsive and extremely unprofessional. Because of an injury, I was unable to take phone calls for a few days. We called them when I was once again mobile. It has been six weeks and they have not bothered to phone us to get services started. We are going back to the physician and requesting a more reputable physical therapist. I do not advise working with these people.

Had a reverse colostomy surgery recently and was afforded a nurse (Teresa) and a physical therapist (Sarah) that provided in home health care. These two (2) ladies were very professional and caring. They set appointments and arrived on time with a smile. I can’t tell ya how pleased we are with their commitment to care. It really showed, I miss them already….You pinnacle are very fortunate to have employees like these that really care about their patients……Roger Birt
