My mom came home from the hospital in September and needed home health care, and Trilogy has been outstanding. Their team is organized, reliable, and every service the hospital ordered, OT, PT, skilled nursing, was set up smoothly. They always text or call ahead, are understanding if you need more time, and follow up consistently. Melanie, the case manager, is wonderful and keeps everything running flawlessly. Every nurse, therapist, dietitian, and OT who has come to our home has been respectful, courteous, and right on time. We’ve settled into a routine, and my mom has received excellent care. It’s challenging taking care of a loved one, Trilogy has been Amazing and Supportive , they are Truly a Great team! Thank You!

These people are extremely difficult to work with and constantly give you different information from one staff member to the next. We jumped through all of their hoops and then they were informed by the higher ups that they would not treat us. I’m unable to walk after an accident and they accept my insurance, yet they are not interested. How do companies stay in business with such poor customer service? Not only do I not recommend them, stay away from these uncaring people.

We had a very negative experience with this company. They refused treatment for my wife who desperately needs PT in order to walk again, EVEN WITH all the necessary orders from doctors at my disposal, and insurance accepted. They still refused to accept her as a patient under any circumstances. They are an organization more concerned with bureaucracy than patient care, which is unconscionable. They are a disgrace to their profession, and I strongly suggest anyone in need of care look elsewhere.

I am so grateful for the staff and services provided by Trilogy. Care by this service is especially important to me as I am alone with no family. I am currently being seen by nurses for wound care, physical therapy for hip revision. In-home blood draw and home health for showering. In particular, Jasmine, Jake, Sherry and Melissa have been so great. Your admin office is kind and responsive. I even had a nurse manager here today (Katelyn) to draw blood when scheduled staff had to call out. So appreciative to all of you!

My mom has been using Trilogy Home healthcare of Port Saint Lucie for over a year, both at home and in assisted living. We couldn’t be more pleased. Chantal, an OT has been knowledgeable, caring, and an excellent communicator to our family. My siblings and I are 1000 miles from mom, and she calls us when she sees changes or concerns with mom. She even had a conference call with the three of us one night, on her own time. I always felt more comfortable with Chantal on the team. She treated our mom as she would her own.
