This HCA home health organization provides very little clinical help to consumers. An abundance of their appointments are spent asking clerical questions that are repetative, not related to the care directly to patients. Their main focus is to get a patient's signature to validate their visits.

If I could rate it lower, I would. The one nurse which was competent and friendly wasn’t allowed back out for some reason. Need some serious education time with KCI wound vac systems or they need to decline services that they are not competent enough to provide. A truly horrible experience which did nothing but worsen my healthcare. Do yourself a favor and find another agency for your needs.
